    Our OEM Practices

  • Step 1:

    • Creat and translate drawing/blue print

  • Step 2:

    • Drawing/blue print enhancement, make cost evaluation based upon drawings

  • Step 3:

    • Send quotation, confirm pricing & mold charge

  • Step 4:

    • Develop mold, prepare samples

  • Step 5:

    • Inspect tooling test run samples, to modify mold or not in terms of inspection result

  • Step 6:

    • Mail out samples for evaluation/approval, together with FAI report

  • Step 7:

    • Sample confirmed/approved, start mass production

  • Step 8:

    • Inspect semi-finished products

  • Step 9:

    • Inspect finished products
