We have our tooling in-house designed & manufactured, color injection molding and insert injection molding is our skilled processing, the injection capacity is from 10 to 10,000 grams and the clamping force of injection machine is from 60 to 1,600 tons.

Material Processed

Our most normally procssed material including plastic resin and compound of plastic resin, such as fiberglass reinforced plastic material, colorful metallic powder mixed plastic etc. Our mainly handled material listed as below:

Assembling Service

Most of our handled products are the integrated products set & assemblies, we have skilled workers, clean workshop, and jig tooling equipment for assembling. Our customers will get value-added advantages from our assembly service.

One, we could help to refine the tolerated fitness between all mating parts according to the actual production craftsmanship.

Two, we could specially design the most protective inner and outer packages to avoid potential damages during transmitting.
