Quality Team & The Purpose

We have a QA & QC team with total 5 staff, 3 QA & 2 QC, strictly carry out the QA & QC movement through all the production stages. We hope to realize the following purposes:

* Ensure our products exactly made-to-specs

* Avoid wasteful cost, increase our competition ability

* The right in schedule processing will surely promise the on-time delivery

* Maintain our company with the well reputation on product quality

* The last, also the most important, to generate and consolidate the idea of "quality first" to our staff team

QA & QC Managing System, Our Practice

We have formed and completed an integrated managing system to control the product quality, throughout the whole processing stage. Our practices are:

Assign a sorted job to our QC members, for example, A inspects material, he will be in responsibility for the raw material only, meanwhile he has no need to care about any other things. In our company, the tooling, dimension, surface treatment, heat treatment, mechenical characteristics, and the packaging are charged separately by our QC members.

Improve tooling precision and setup the most appropriate production workmanship, to ensure the correct specifications on products.

Make sure the unqualified raw material, either semi-finished product or finished product will not flow into the next procedure.

Always make first article inspection (FAI) report for new product even if customers have no requirement.

Must make random inspection after the products being finally packed and put in warehouse.
