R&D team working tasks

Total 5 staff of our efficient R&D team, with a view:

To research and develop competitive new products, through working both actively and reactively with marketing/sales team, so as to maintain core competence of our company.

To guide and support production process, as well as quality control and cost control.

R&D team responsibilities

1. Continuously develop new products and improve designing in terms of the best balance of the cost and performance. Provide technical support to our marketing team, and work both actively and reactively with marketing team, ensure all new products launch on-time and with competitive pricing cost.

2. To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline.

3. Monitor all the projects progress, review regularly and make corresponding adjustment based upon updated internal and external situations.

4. Conduct necessary tests to make sure all the products specifications meet drawing requirements.

5. To develop new product that complied with International and/or Local Chinese GB Standards.
